We review imaging, reports, and surgical history before or after your visit.

In-Person Evaluation
If clinically indicated, an in-person visit with ECG and echocardiogram is scheduled locally.

Ongoing Follow-Up
Tailored follow-up based on your condition, with direct physician oversight.

Between-Visit Support
Optional CompassCare membership for coordination and communication between visits.

- No charge is made at booking. Your card is authorized and charged only after the visit is complete.

Records
- Fax available records to our office after scheduling.
- If records are held elsewhere, sign electronic release forms.
- Outside records may take up to two weeks.
