Telemedicine has become an important way for adults with congenital heart disease to access specialized care without frequent long-distance travel. Video visits are well-suited for reviewing history, symptoms, medications, pregnancy plans, and imaging, and for coordinating care with local cardiologists and ACHD centers.
Our practice is designed as a telemedicine-first ACHD service for New York, offering online consultations for adults and for parents of teens transitioning to adult care. When in-person exams or procedures are needed, we help arrange these through regional partners or major ACHD centers while staying involved in your ongoing care.
